Presentation - "The Wild Onions of North Central Texas" by Carol Clark.  There's more going on in the bizarre world of North Texas onions than meets the eye. Find out what makes them so strange, which ones are wildly attractive to butterflies, how to identify them in the field, and traditional folk uses for our local onions. Wear sturdy shoes. Weather permitting, there will be a brief walk to see several species in bloom on the Heard grounds.
