Black-capped Vireo Census - Cedar Ridge Preserve

Cedar Ridge Preserve's Black-capped Vireo Census is a citizen science project:  Help Univ. of Dallas professor Dr. Marcy Brown Marsden to find and observe black-capped vireos and other spring birds at CRP.  The census is used to determine the viability of forest clearing to reestablish black-capped vireo habitat.  2008 is the 4th year of the census.

 

The census dates are every Wednesday and Friday from April 2 to May 30 and Saturdays April 26 and May 17.  Participate as much or as little as you wish.  Meet at CRP at 7:30 AM.  Shoiuld be done by 10:00 AM.
