(DUFAC) Dallas Urban Forest Advisory Committee - Monthly meeting (VH)
First Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m.
For the month of July only, due to proximity to the July 4th holiday, our UFAC monthly meeting will be held on July 10th, the second Tuesday of the month, at 4pm, at the revised location of: Old Parkland Campus-Reagan Place Bldg Main Campus Entry @ 3819 Maple Reagan Place Bldg @ 3963 Maple Avenue Dallas Foundation, Suite 360 Dallas, Texas 75219 (Ask Jim Varnum for a map)
Mission of the committee: to create, maintain, protect, and enhance a healthy, sound, and diverse community forest, which will contain trees varying in age, species and location. Also, to educate officials and the public regarding the importance of healthy urban resources and the proper care and maintenance of trees/forests.

Location - Center for Community Cooperation, which is located in the Meadows Foundation complex at 2900 Live Oak, just east of downtown and near Baylor Hospital ( http://www.cccdfw.org/pages/location.html ). There are two buildings that face Live Oak and the building in which we meet is the larger of the two. When you enter the building from the parking lot, ask for the SOS meeting space.
