Barbara Turner has advised us of a newly approved project - Wildscape for new Habitat for Humanity Home, in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness.  Habitat for Humanity has  approved Barbara's request to landscape the backyard of the home that is being dedicated for Breast Cancer Awareness.  The design is being done by one of our members.  We will be putting down edging in the back yard before the grass is installed by Habitat for Humanity volunteer builders.  Then, after the last week in April, when the construction of the home is completed, we will be allowed to install the Wildscape in the backyard.  It will be fun and for a very worthy cause.

Barbara has asked that all those members who would like to volunteer for this project come to a meeting prior to the April 2nd monthly meeting at the Extension office at 6:00 pm.  She will present her project application form for approval asap.  You can, of course, (please) let Barbara know you want to help, even if you can't attend the meeting on the 2nd.  You will need to call her at 972-222-732, as she does not have e-mail.
