Preservation Society for Spring Creek Forest: monthly meeting and speakers.

Topic: Updates on several City projects that have an impact on the Preserve.

Speakers (2):

Lindy Harris will update on the sewer project that will alleviate the sewer line that runs along the bed of Spring Creek.  That line is at capacity.  The additional line will actually go under the Preserve in order to keep impact at a minimum.

Tom Frey will give an update on items such as the Pavilion plans and additional concrete sidewalk plans.  We have seen preliminary drawings of the Pavilion and are quite pleased.

Meeting Location:  Holford Recreation Center, 2314 Homestead Place, Garland.  (off Shiloh, between Arapaho & Belt Line).
