Outreach - NTC at Dallas Zoo Science Day for Teachers (VH)
September 26, 8:30 - 5:30

Purpose: Education and outreach to science teachers.

Task: Staff the chapter Outreach Booth during the Dallas Zoo Science Day for Teachers.

Science teachers from all over the area and all grade levels will be visiting each booth looking for ideas to present science activities to their students in a new and fun way. We will be presenting 3 ProjectWILD activities. Last year we had over 500 teachers come by our booth in addition to the usual zoo attendees. t was fast, fun, and satisfying. We need many volunteers for this activity.

Shifts: 8:30-1pm and 1pm-5:30pm
We need a minimum of FOUR volunteers/shift
