How to request a Chapter Meeting announcement

In an effort to speed things up a bit, we will divide the announcements into two groups:

Announcements which will need a person to fill in the details of the outline on the screen and answer any questions the members might have. These will begin promptly at seven.
Announcements which don’t require any explanation.

As always members will get the full set of announcements on Thursday which will include:

All the announcements
Points of contact (email or telephone number)
Links to websites or additional information
Any changes or updates to what was presented at the meeting on Wednesday night

Please return your announcement by the Friday evening prior to the meeting.

Please fill in appropriate data so we can announce your activity.

New: Please indicate whether the announcement can stand on its own or if it needs somebody (you) to walk us through it and answer questions:

It needs me to talk the group through it and answer questions.

It can stand on its own without anybody talking about it.

We will try to present each announcement on the screen while the author tells us about it. After the meeting we will be able to post the announcements for those who could not attend the meeting. If you include links to a website or email address, people will have easy access to your event by linking from the email sent on Thursday.
