Description: Have you ever seen a mushroom growing wild and wondered ‘Can I eat that?’ Or watched a caterpillar devour a leaf and wondered ‘Can I eat that too?’ Join Nathan May, Educator at Trinity River Audubon Center, for a foraging Walk. He’ll stroll the trails at Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center pointing out plants that people can safely eat.
Be prepared to walk the trails with him. Wear hiking shoes, bring water, and slap on some sunscreen.
