Heard Museum || 2nd Saturday Bird Walk (AT)

Description: 2nd Saturday Bird Walks are intended to help beginning and intermediate birders with bird spotting and identification techniques. There are also plenty of opportunities provided for participants to ask questions from experienced birders. Prairie, woodland, and wetland habitats are included in these walks.

Optional extended time is available by participant request. Be sure to arrive on time, because if you come a few minutes late, the group may have already started their walk. Learn more about birding at the Heard on our Birding page.

This program is typically offered monthly from September through June annually and is included in general admission. These walks begin promptly at 8 AM and last 1.5 hours.  .

General Admission Entry Fees:
$ 15 – Adults
$ 11  – Children, (3-12)
$ 11  – Seniors (60+)
Free –Children (under 2).
