Description of event: Help us support John Bunker Sands Wetland Center with our annual Wings Over the Wetland Gala. Volunteers are free. Food/drink/entertainment is free for volunteers, just e-mail if interested. No VH is offered for this fundraising event.
Our wetland, the largest manmade wetland in the US, is more than a vital resource, helping to clean up to 90 million gallons of water daily for North Texas-area residents.It’s a thriving ecosystem, home to thousands of species, and a hub for educating K-12 students each year in cutting-edge science and ecology.
