Please join us at Texas Discovery Gardens, in the Grand Hall for the NTMN Winter Awards Banquet in lieu of our normal February Chapter Meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Registration/doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Help us celebrate the accomplishments of the year and the 25th anniversary of our chapter. Bring a potluck dish to share while you catch up with old friends and make some new ones!

FOOD, DRINKS, VOLUNTEERING:
Last year we had a catered entree, but we will not have that this year. We’ll have potluck-style main dishes, appetizers, sides, and desserts! If you’d like to sign up to bring food or help with setup, please go to volunteersignup.org/PKP8M to pick a dish and/or volunteer opportunity.

In years past, the event was BYOB. Please do not bring alcohol to the event this year. Texas Discovery Gardens hosts this event space for free, and they have some updated procedures that prohibit BYOB events due to liability issues. We will no longer be able to use this fantastic space for future events if this rule is broken. I’m sure someone can organize a drinks outing following the event for folks who would like to hang out a little longer and celebrate with alcohol.
To cut down on waste, we encourage attendees to bring their own drink container for beverages. There are usually leftovers from this type of event, so also feel free to bring a takeaway container (or two or three to share with others who forget) to take some leftovers home with you!
