Native Plants and Prairies Day

Project Title:  Native Plants and Prairies Day
Project Location:
Bath House Cultural Center, 521 E. Lawther Dr., Dallas, Texas 75218

Native Plants and Prairies Day is a special event at White Rock Lake to communicate to adults and children the value of native plants and prairies. The day will include plant walks, speakers, and information booths.

While the event is being organized by the Blackland Prairie Chapter of the Native Prairies Association of Texas, NTMN will play a large role in providing volunteers and expertise.

2024 Activities –   55 volunteers with 415 hours of service performed

  • Volunteers participated in educational talks and public outreach
