Native Prairies Association of Texas

Project Title:  Native Prairies Association of Texas

Periodic workdays at prairies that NPAT owns (closest is Mathews Prairie) or has conservation easements on (closest are adjuncts to Clymer Meadow), both about 1-hour away. Occasional sessions at Talbot Brothers, Mary Talbot, and Daphne Prairie, about 2 hours away. Clearing brush, removing invasives, gathering seeds, and infrastructure work such as fence repair.

2024 Activities – 5 volunteers with 44 hours of service performed

  • Volunteers participated in natural resource management and wildscape/facility maintenance
